I do not know how else to stress this, but I've never had worse customer service experience in my whole life.
I called UPS and they informed me that Woot has to file a claim because they are the shipper, and I am a receiver. Now Woot is telling me to file a claim with UPS using a tracking number that was provided to me after the package was delivered (as they claim but it clearly was not delivered). I was happy they admitted their mistake and rerouted the package.ġ day later, they again send me an email stating that this was incorrect tracking and my order already was delivered (?). Time passes and Woot gets back to me saying they made a mistake and the package was now rerouted from California to New York. I gave up and just waited for my package which stated I should get it by May 26th. Once again representative reassured me that everything was correct. I replied again and explained that I am in New York, not in California so this can't be right. Representative responded to me saying it is not wrong, everything seems okay. I emailed Woot immediately and let them know that this must be wrong. It was clear that tracking showed destination CALIFORNIA. Things went downhill when I received an email from Woot that my order is on its way and had this tracking link:
I have been a valued customer for a long time and never had issues. It is not my first-time ordering from this company. I received a confirmation email with a thank you note from Woot. I purchased Hurley Unisex Big Swell Chrome E-Bike Hurley (******** - this order number) from on May 13th, 2023.
